I like it, with caveats

I was really looking forward to this mug - I loved the theme and Gandalf's hat. And the transfer of those details are perfect! However, I decided to order in white because my "Dare to Tread" mug is in black, and I kind of wish I had ordered in black or green. I can't tell if the white glaze wasn't applied as evenly, of if they clay just shows through the white more, or even if some grit and grim transferred t through from the packing material, but my mug is noticeably brown, especially on the bottom third of the mug. Also, the top of the mug has some sort of lip that I'm not sure is intentional or just occurred as the glaze dried? I'm still not sure if I like that or not...All that being said, the mug works fantastically as a mug, and the featured image and text are perfect.

Beautiful and Super Well Packaged

The mug is beautiful and perfect, and I'm so glad that it was wrapped up and padded and packaged so robustly because the USPS was a little rough with the box, but the contents came through just fine! Can't wait to give it as a gift - it's going to be so well loved. =) Thanks again!
